What I did this weekend....

What I did this weekend was, AWESOMENESS!
1. Went to fear factory in aberdeen NC.
2. Went Rock climbing!!!!!!!!

So let me tell you what happened. Well, first. Mom, Austin, Taylor and I went to the Fear Factory on Friday night. And let me tell you, it was SCARY! Scary clowns, Dudes with Jainsaws, ETC. Here is a Video.

Cupcakes

• 36 vanilla wafers
• 3 medium ripe bananas
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling

• 2 cups milk
• 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 24 slices

Directions:

1. 1
   Heat oven to 350°F Grease 24 cupcake wells or line with paper liners. Count out 12 vanilla wafers for the garnish and set aside.
2. 2
   Place the remaining 24 vanilla wafers flat side down in the bottom of each cupcake well; set pans aside.

   For the batter, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth, about 1 minute; you will have about 1 1/4 cups.

   Place the cake mix, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in the bowl with the banana puree; blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl.
5. 5
   Increase mixer speed to medium and beat another 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl as needed.

   Spoon 1/3 cup batter into each cupcake mold, filling 3/4 full. You'll get 22-24 cupcakes; remove empty liners, if using, or take out the batterless vanilla wafers if you're greasing the pans.

   Bake until cupcakes are golden and spring back when touched, 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes; carefully remove cupcakes from pans and cool 15 minutes on the racks before filling.

   Meanwhile, make the filling: Place the milk in a medium saucepan. Whisk in the pudding mix until blended.

   Place pan over medium heat and continue to whisk as the mixture comes to a full boil, 3-4 minutes; remove pan from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. Pour the pudding into a medium bowl and cool for 20 minutes.

    While the pudding is cooling, make the topping: Crush the remaining 12 vanilla wafers; set aside.

    In a large chilled bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer (chilled beaters also) on high speed until thickened, 1 1/2 minutes. Stop the mixer and add the sugar; beat again until stiff peaks form, 1-2 minutes more.

    To assemble the cupcakes, remove the paper liners and place cakes on a platter. Spoon the pudding into a pastry bag fitted with a wide tip.

    Pipe a generous amount of pudding into each cupcake (1-2 Tbsp) through the center of the top, allowing about 1 teaspoons of the pudding to overflow onto the surface of the cupcakes.

    Sprinkle the wafer crumbs on top of the pudding and dollop about 1 tablespoons of the whipped cream over the crumbs.

    Just before serving, stand a banana slice in the whipped cream; serve.

    Store the cupcakes, without the banana garnish, lightly covered in the refrigerator for 1 day; add the banana slice just before serving.

Hi, sorry I didn't post in a while but let me tell you what happened today!!! Unlike usual days, Austin,Taylor and, Me were invited to Fantasy Lake in NC and it was fun but we got there at 10:30ish and left at 3:00?!?! Well, anyways We did a lot of scary stuff!!! I got on The Banana slide and the jump thing and mostly the little kid ones because I had to watch Taylor and Luke!!!! It was FUN!!! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Blog Laterz!

It was fun!!!!!! Anyways Shark Week is coming to TV on July 31st to August 7th!!!!!! Couponing!!!!!

Hey I have a little thing to say!!!! Mom, Taylor and, I went shopping at Food Lion and we had some coupons and her MVP Card and we saved 18.14 with MVP and 23.74 with Coupons!!!! Hurray!!! We were supposed to pay 117.21 but we paid 75.33!! We saved 41.88!!! YAAAAAAAAAAA! So happy! We Celebrated by going WOOOOOOOOOOO! We got the idea to coupon by watching Extreme Couponing on TLC!!! More Activities!!!!

At the beach on Thursday, we went to the mall then Broadway at the Beach!!! Sorry couldn't get any pics! Phone Died and forgot my Cam(era)!! First lets start with the Mall!!! OK So we went to Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach,SC!!!!!!!!!!!! My Sister, My BFF Luke and, Myself went Bungi Jumping on a Trampoline and it was Scary and Fun and Totally Farbarbulous!!!!!!!! And then I Got a NEW DRESS!!!! HOT!!! So then I Went to eat at the food court and watching people walk on water but fall flat on their butts!! Then We went to Broadway at the Beach!!!!! My mom, (Luke's mom) Michelle, Luke, Taylor and, Me went to Broadway and Luke's 2 brothers Ryder and Levi and Luke's Dad Sean and My bro Austin went to Nascar Speed park and that was right across the street but, Ryder didn't even go on Go-Karts!!! He was in the Arcade the whole time!!!!!!! I would Even ride on Go-Karts!!!!!!! Never mind!! OK back to Broadway!!! We went to the upside down house and it was wicked cool!!! Sort of Scary like!!! If you think I'm going to say Farbarbulous! I am!!! So Farbarbulous!!!!! OK and... We went on rides and had alot f fun and went to the Stupid Factory!!! And The I'm Sugar Store and got Bags of Candy!!!! And it was so fun!!! I loved it!!!! We went in to a little arcade and I almost won a Nintendo 3DS!!!! So close! But, I'm chill!! Never mind!!! So then We had dinner at Joes Crab Shack and go cool tatoos!! Well, Taylor, Luke and, I!! So ya!!!Oh Ya!!! Im going to 7th grade!!!! Schools out for the summer!!!! OK well that is mostly it!!! Beach Fever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have a Severe Case of Beach Fever since I'm going in 12 days!!!!!!! SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! We R staying in a house in a Campground which is sort of unusual?!?! I love it! Pools,Game room, Water slide, Skate park!!!! And Taylor might preform on stage singing "Our Song" By Taylor Swift!!!!!! She knows the whole song!!!!!!!!!!!! You dont see this happening, Cause is doesnt really happen in the USA? It usually Happens in China. Around that area! It is called Shark Finning! I'll Explain it to you! Fisherman Cut off Sharks fins and throughs there bodies in the ocean!Sharks Need to live! What if there are no sharks and the ocean fills up with Fish and we couldnt swim in the ocean? We NEED to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Clean up the beaches! We Cant really do anything to stop fisherman but, we can not shark fin sharks! We dont have to be Fisherman who go for Sharks! First we will start with my injury, OK so last Wednesday, Luke, Taylor, and I were playing outside, where his trampoline was, there was this pole from the trampoline which was out and falling apart sort of! So me Luke, Taylor, and I were balancing on it...and it didn't end well for me! Long story short, I got a huge bruise on the hip and my foot and now I am sore on my right hip! Yeah for me!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I wanted to post a picture of it but, My dad( Shawn) won't let me! Ya! Maybe you will be grossed out! Now to the super-bowl! Yeah! The Green Bay's won! My dad cooked hot wings! Ashley D. Bennett family blog: This Week and This Weekend Hi! This week was pretty crazy! OK! Last Monday, It snowed! Yeah! No school! Tuesday, Icy! No school! Yeah! Wednesday, Still Icy! Yeah No School! After that, My dad, Sister Taylor and myself were picking up mom from her work on Wednesday night and the phone rang, 2 HOUR DELAY! Taylor and I got sad! After Thursday and Friday, Saturday, WE HAD SCHOOL! But, Only half a day! Later after school, We went to the store! I LOVE going to the store! Hehe! Later on.... We were just playing and my friend Taylore came with her sisters and we played for like three to four hours! Sunday... We played again with Taylore and her sisters! For Like 6 to 7 hours! Ashley D. Bennett family blog: My School Play! My School Play is coming in the spring time! Which I am happy about! I don't know the date exactly! The autions are Tuesday January 11, 2011! I am so excited and very nervous! My mom is begging me to be Belle but I know I am not going to be here since I am soooooooo short! So I will be one of the girls who like Gaston! Oh our play is Beauty and the Beast! I think I told you already! I had a meeting today and yesterday! Oh I got ID's yesterday at school! It is soooooooooo cool! I bought a neglace at our school store! It saids SMS! on it and has dragons all over it! Cool Right! I know! OK! Taylor wants to get on! Blog later!:-(
